Mobile Union Nigeria Limited in its capacity as an account holder of Sterling Bank has given indemnity to Sterling Bank that every MTXPRESS beneficiary  is deemed to have been successfully referenced by Mobile Union Nigeria Limited in accordance with the Central Bank of Nigeria’s guidelines  in the full knowledge that the MTXPRESS platform has taken the necessary Know Your Beneficiary (KYB) checks to allow Mobile Union Nigeria Limited to provide a satisfactory reference for the Beneficiary i.e.
